The Food and Beverage Course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to work effectively in the hospitality industry. The course focuses on the preparation, presentation, service, and management of food and drinks in different hospitality establishments such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, clubs, lodges, and catering institutions.
Learners are trained in both theory and practical work to help them understand how to prepare and serve food and beverages professionally while observing hygiene, safety, and customer care standards. The course also develops communication skills, teamwork, creativity, and professionalism needed in the hospitality workplace.
